SOCIAL
Designing Spaces That Calm
The Tile Warehouse, Tingalpa
This proposal redefines the industrial retail typology, transforming a functional warehouse into an immersive architectural experience. Defined by a sculptural, rainwater-harvesting roof form and a permeable vertical-slat facade, the building engages the streetscape with a dynamic 'curtain' effect. The structure itself serves as a physical catalog of materiality—demonstrating how texture and pattern can define space, and turning the showroom into a destination that actively inspires the customer."
Social Housing
Developed as a collaborative team effort, this project explores the intersection of architecture and well-being. Our team’s shared vision was driven by design psychology, which suggests that the human brain perceives soft, organic geometry as safer and more calming than rigid angularity. We integrated these principles into the building's fabric, working together to create a distinctive, non-institutional environment that prioritizes human comfort.

STRUCTURE
With intelligent networks and engineered resilience built in.
SUSTAINABILTY
Floating above innovation: thermally intelligent coastal living.
Palm Cove, Beachhouse
Coastal Living, Thermally Intelligent
Built atop a water tank foundation, this beach house harnesses thermal mass to naturally regulate temperature, absorbing daytime heat and releasing it gradually at night. The result is year-round comfort without energy-intensive systems, where coastal design meets passive climate control. Sustainable innovation, hidden beneath beautiful building design.
SANCTUARY
Bypassing the Chaos
HIGH GATE HILL PARENTS RETREAT
When a family needed an extra bedroom for university students, we saw a different opportunity. Instead of cramming another room into the main house, I designed a parents' retreat—a peaceful sanctuary separated from the daily chaos of student life. The original home became the students' domain, while the parents gained a private haven with space

Project Capabilities
1. Spatial Intelligence & Site Feasibility
GIS-Enhanced Zoning Analysis: Utilizing Geographic Information Systems to overlay complex Planning Scheme data, environmental constraints, and demographic trends.
Infrastructure & Utilities Mapping: Plotting underground assets, easements, and network infrastructure with high spatial accuracy.
Terrain & Hydrology Modeling: Using GIS data to analyze site topography, drainage patterns, and flooding risks before the modeling phase begins.
Site Cover & GFA Analytics: Calculating development potential based on multi-layered spatial constraints.
2. Concept Development & Environmental Context
3D Conceptual Modeling: Building massing studies within a georeferenced context.
Solar & Microclimate Analysis: Advanced Sun & Shadow Diagrams (Solstice studies) integrated with real-world terrain data.
Data-Driven Floor Plan Fluidity: Checking circulation patterns against site-specific environmental data (e.g., wind direction or noise pollution layers).
3. Integrated Documentation & BIM Support
BIM-GIS Interoperability: Bridging the gap between site-scale GIS data and building-scale Revit models for seamless information flow.
Full BA Documentation sets: Leveraging GIS for accurate Site Plans and Context Plans.
Construction Detailing (1:10 and 1:20): Precise detailing with an eye for systems integration (developed through Telecoms PM experience).
Model Management: Maintaining error-free Revit files with "data hygiene" principles learned from GIS database management.
